A year after the premier of Gourmetbeats Radio, and things were starting to clean up a bit. (Obviously still having problems with some feedback...)

MC Twisty was a regular vocalist at Joe's performances in '03 and '04, and this show highlights his talent nicely. He was great at the 140+ BPM flows, and when combined with Joe's devastating bass, made for a formidable force.

Twisty joins in for the second half of the show.
