Dan Gee and John Ask of Downtempo Soundsystem came by in April of 2004 for their first of many appearances on GourmetBeats Radio. They are known in Baltimore as the masters of dub, with John Ask's record collection being perhaps one of the most extensive on the east coast. This show has become legendary among regular gourmetbeats radio listeners, mostly because of the quality tunes that Dan and John brought, and partially due to Joe Nice's singing debut which can be heard at the 29 minute mark.
